“We shall never give up.”
I think I heard that about their F1 program, too.

Cut them some slack, they’re going against the two manufacturers who have a combined LM24 record of 30 wins.

In reality, I give Toyota a lot of credit. They were really screwed by the iterative regulation changes in the 90s. I thought they were on the path to a real winner with the TS010, then again the TS020, but the ground kept changing under them. It appears to be a bit of the same with the recent re-entry into WEC. I just worry that they handle their development programs like they are on a 10-year plan, but cut things off in year 7. It boggles my mind.

There’s no place where they can go from WEC. F1 is out of discussion.

They can leave the WEC without needing to enter F1. They’ve done it before.
